London - The Black Keys Concert! (London Part 1)

The first night I was in London I made my way over to the Black Keys concert. I haven't been this excited about a concert in a long while. They are only a guitarist and a drummer, but their music is so rich and powerful. Modern blues at it's best.

The opening band was from the U.S. as well (I think). They were called the X's or the Exes or something like that, we couldn't hear her all that well when she said the band name. They were like if Grace Slick of Jefferson Airplane sang with the Stooges (Iggy Pop's band). Not too bad.





Then the Black Keys made their way to the stage. I was front row center hanging over the barricade. Such a great show.
